Our new bond was registered 20/9/2013..Within 3 days we went to the bank to see our prestige banker and applied for an access bond. First our prestige banker told us we can only apply for an access bond after 6 months. We then phoned the call centre. The person helping us on the phone said we will receive feedback within 3 days. We had to phone after a week and was told the access bond was granted. We spoke to another prestige banker who informed us we must insist on written confirmation of some sort that the access bond was granted. We phoned again 2 weeks ago and only received a sms saying that an agent will contact us shortly-now 2 weeks later still no answer or feedback and I am defnitely not going to pay any extra money into my bond until I am 100% sure that the access bond is in place- BUT in the meantime I am paying more interest and the bank is benefiting from this. Can we please get some service- I am tired of phoning just to hear somebody will contact us shortly-some customer satisfaction please!
