Access but but cant access money

In October 2012 I applied for an access bond.
After putting funds into my bond and seeing that the funds reflect as available on online banking, I proceeded to transfer all my saving into my bond account.

Recently I needed to access some of the money but found I could not.

After contacting Standard Bank home loans, Susan Botha informed me that I do not have an access bond. She says the wrong paperwork was submitted and an email to this effect was sent to Juliet du Plessis at Standard Bank Canal walk.

No one ever contacted me to inform me my access bond was not approved. I am now unable to access my savings in a time of need.

I asked so speak to someone more senior at home loans, and also went into the Canal walk branch and was told someone would contact me.

No one has done so.
