I had enough with Standard Bank

I have never ever in my life experienced such a bad, poor and disgusting service .if only i knew that 2 years down the line i was going to experience this i was not going to switch to standard and have a home loan with them. i cannot even describe the way i feel right now.
I applied for a further bond end of October last year and it was approved and the money was suppose to be paid in Dec but till today i have not receive it when i go to the branch im told to speak to a call centre agent and when i ask whats happening they me different stories. i got confirmation from Norton Lambrianos Attorneys that the further loan was registered and i will get the money the following day. when i went to the branch i was told that the was no money and standard bank made a mistake and they will sort it out, i went back again after 2 days and they told me to apply for the access bond which i did and today i get an sms saying the access bond is declined because there were reversals in my bond account, i dont understand because std bank consultant confirmed that my account was up to date.i spoke to Thokozane Gama at homeloans he said he'll try to assist but now i think my last hope is Hello Pete
