My car was involved in an accident nd was at da time driven by my fiance so i put a claim in for my car as well as the third party's car.at first they told me that my claim was rejected and my car was a write off so i had to choose between getting the retail value for my car as it was fully financed or i get my car back and they give a certain % of money to fix the car myself.i then askd for it in writing and of how much they willing to give me and the next thing i get an sms as well as am email that my claim has been authorised and booked in at cornright motors so now all of a sudden they now a month later while the car is beeing fixed dey call me again and tel me that my car needs more parts and they mite declare it as a write off which is information i got from the panelbeaters not my insurance until i sent the lady who was dealing with my claim Lillian Matlala an email regarding the matter which she calld me bak and confimirmed it.what i fail to understand is that they had received an assesment report which from the beginning would have confirmed that my car was a write off why now all of a sudden. My third party claim was also rejected due to reasons that don't make sense
