If you have applied for a access bond with standard bank ensure its still active! I called now and was informed that the bank closed and switch our access bond without our knowledge all the extra money is not available to us, on top of that they are charging us a shocking 11.35 per cent interest on our bond. When I informed them that another company will charge us 9.2 per cent their response was oh I can send a motivational letter but doubt they will change. As they say with standard bank your just a number.
