Last year they delivered wrong ipad and it took months for them to came and collect the device and they cancelled the order and I had to re-order. I cancelled the order last year bt FNB still takes my money every month I have phoned them a million times but there's nothing happening! If I phone them they just tell me they will send the email to collectionso that they can refund me but I bet you tommorrow is the 28th they'll take my money!! Why is it so hard to get help from fnb yet they say how can we help you!!!
