Struggle to order smart device

On the 19th of October I ordered a smart device online with FNB and I was advised that they will contact me shortly. I phoned them on the 19th, 21st, 28th, every time telling me that I must be patient and they will contact me soon. On the 31st FNB phones me and tells me that my order has been cancelled because the couriers can't get hold of me. I told them to reinstate the order and I was informed that I will receive my device within 24 hours. I phoned them again on the 1st of November and they told me again that my order was cancelled. I went through the whole process again and was told that the device I ordered was out of stock. I cancelled the order. Today I receive a sms stating that my application is being processed. What the is going on? I cancelled the order. I would advise anyone of thinking of buying a device trough FNB to seriously rethink their decision. I have been a customer for 10 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had and I wasted a lot of money on calling FNB every time.
