I want my money back

I HAD a personal loan with Bayport, which was paid up on the 18 March 2013.On the 25.03.2013 my account was debited with the previous monthly instalment. I called the callcenter on the 25.03.2013 and spoke to Lerato (She didn't provide the reference number), she confirmed that the loan was paid up and she could see the illegal debit. She told me they cant refund me until I provide the bank statement and my ID copy. I could not understand why she wanted the documents since she confirmed the debit and I was not applying for a loan that's when she said its the policy yet it was not written on the settlement quotation nor the contract you sign before they approve your loan. I called again today and spoke to Ntleleng (596642) and she told me the same thing yet I explained to her that I dont have access to the bank where I can get the bank statement, my banking details have not changed, they are the same with the one's they have and I desperately need the money. She refused to let me ask the manager on duty. She told me she's got access to my bank details but the Refund dept do not have. Why cant she provide them. I'm angry and they don't see my urgency yet they inconveninced me.not happy at all
