Fnb's pathetic service being a platinium acc hold

Ordered an apple ipad 3 device in nov 2012 and was called and told that that device is obsolete, so i cancelled the order. Placed an order again in 2013 may and got no response. Called call centre and said i had no feedback yet, they said they have an application for an apple ipad, explained that it was an old order that i cancelled in nov. Ordered a blackberry for the second time and still no response, called them again, they said that they will have to send an email and delete the first application which was still reflecting for apple ipad. No feedback from that... last month i ordered a blackberry Q10 online, no response! Called callcentre and was told that i have 2 order it telephonically, so went through 2 order telephonically and then was told that my account must show more 16k every month 2 qualify and it only showed that in july so i must wait 3 months. Since last year november only had 1 call in nov and no feedback since. Is this how platinium acc holders get treated? Why do we have the option online to order these devices when we can get the service or feedback? Every time i ordered online i got confirmations that it was successful, now all the different stories! Sad!
