Billing me after canceling orde

I order a smartphone online and because of FNB lack of client service phoned them after 2 weeks after they said i would receive it within 5 working days. They said they had to order it and it was year end, so I cancelled the order. Today I recieved an sms the money for your smarthone tablet order will go of on 2013-01-25. What the is going on with this bank. If they do not subtract or (your money out of your bank) they do somethjing else trying to get your money I really think there must be an audit on this bank because of all this "mistakes" that this bank does. What the is wrong with you!!! I am really considering taking all of me and my wifes business elsewhere. This is now the second complaint I filed against you in the last 2 weeks. Really!!!
