CHARGED FOR TWO DEVICES

My name is Janine Muthayan and i have an account with FNB, I ordered an Apple IPad from FNB last year, i intially ordered the wrong device i realized this and called FNB to cancel the Apple IPAD Wifi only and re-order the Apple IPAD 3G & WIFI. I phoned the Call Centre and was assured that the Apple IPAD Wifi was cancelled and that a consultant will contact me to re-order the correct device Apple IPAD 3G Wifi. I received a mail from FNB on the 08.10.2012 @ 11:11am confirming that the Apple IPAD Wifi has been cancelled. However they debited my account and reversed it. But for the months Apr 2013 and May 2013 they debited my account again for both devices i haved phoned the call centre and send numerous mails to FNB Direct and no response. I would like my monies to be reversed and the device to be removed from my banking as i currently have two devices linked to my account. I cannot understand how FNB can link two devices to my account and debit my account for two devices when you only allowed to order 1 device. Very unhappy client i want my money reversed ASAP.
