Very angry with very poor service

I order a iphone 5. They phoned me to get all the details an the lady said all is in order she is going to order me the phone. So I already order nearly R1000 of accessories for the phone. After a week nothing yet, so I phone and the gentle men said he can't see why but because I have already a device maybe that's why. So I said but the lady said nothing??? Then he told me but he can see they did order the device so I ask him 6 times so I will get the device and he said yes. Then a other lady phone saying no I will not get the device due to I have already have a ipad. So I was really upset. Already spend the money so she said she will get back. To me. I'm still waiting
