Very poor service from Absa

I changed from saving account to current account. Absa told me they can do the debit order switching from old account to new account. The first date I requested the debit switching were on the 24/05/2013, the end of the June all the debit orders went off on the savings. I went back to Absa to rectify this on the 5/07/2013. End of July the same problem. When I phoned Absa bank they told me that the switching department doing the switching are behind schedule and my request will only be done the end of August. Now the is unpaid debits that will reflect on my name. I changed the banking details at my work for my salary to be paid into the current account.
