Inefficient and Bad Service

I am regretting why I opened my account here.

There used to be a counter to assist with cards and statements, this has been done away with.
I have to sit in queue, and to date have been there 3 times for the same thing - I cannot collect my card due to their systems being down apparently.

So this situation is ridiculous, they should then sort it out and inform me or courier the card to me. I cant keep going there and get turned away.

Other complaints include FNB cancelling my old debit card for business and issuing Chip and Pin cards then when collecting that asking for another signatory when there is clearly one to sign.

This kind of service is upsetting not only for a platinum customer but what ever happened to the old Platinum service consultants. Treating everyone the same when they have investments and business accounts etc with FNB is just not on.

I am thinking of switching all my accounts.
