Absa not following customer request which is causi

Im a very angry customer of Absa, i bought a car last year through Absa vehicle finance and i made changes of my account details 3months ago but up until today nothing has been done abt it. Im also banking with Absa and have 3 different accounts, every first of the month when they are suppose to debit for the car installment they go to the old account which is Savings of which i did notify them on time that they must debit from the Cheque account and wwhen they debit from the Saving account they dont find cash and they are causing unneccesarry charges then they will send an sms which they will remind me to Fund my account as they are going to debit again the next day and i will phone them aand explain to them that i have changed bank details which i belive its suppoose to show on their system because it was captured when i made changes so i take it as ABSA ia a big banking Compnay with system not just any company that just came up yesterday suppose to have something that reminds them that i have changed accounts but nothing is being done. After i phoned the the first 2 times they then asked me to got and tranfer the money into the Savings account just for that day and the money wil
