I recently swapped to the new value bundle account system Absa are offering.
All my debit orders were switched from my old savings account to the new one.
Debit order day was yesterday and Absa did not change my debit orders. They have now all bounced and all count against my name but Absa don't care as long as they have their money.
Pathetic service. I don't even want to go to the bank to fix this because I don't have the time to spend 2 hours explaining my story to tons of people that do nothing and play on their cellphones whilst clients are waiting for assistance.
