ABSA - PLEASE GET IT RIGHT!!!

Right after numerous telephonic complaints and one whole afternoon spent at ABSA Branch Montclair (which were very helpful, i must say) the following is still happening:

1. This morning the debit order (that i cancelled in the bank) for R729.71 went through again! I do not want any debit orders on my accounts as neither the bank or the supplier takes responsibility when my money!!!

2. The debit order for my (ABSA nogal!!!) policy of R85.13 went of my savings account again!!! after i changed it to be taken of my cheque account.

3. For these services (!) my bank charges for last March month runs to eight hundred and forty something rand and for last month to over five hundred rand!!!

4. I requested a breakdown of all my bank charges on the ABSA website last week. Still nothing.

Tired of standing in queues (in my time!), spending hours on the phone (at my cost!!!)

Comeon ABSA I know you can do better!!! Just do it!!!
