MISLEAD AS A CLIENT

I am horrified at the service that captiec has given this is the 2nd month that I have been debited without my consent, I did not sign a contract allowing Capitec to this, I am really horrified as a client due to the fact that they then debit my other account, this is a very long complaint and I cannot go into detail on here, but I really need something to be done about this. NO other BANK does this; I am really upset and disappointed about what has happen.
