CAPITEC DEBIT MY ACCOUNT INCORRECTLY

Hi

I have a Capitec loan account. They forcefully dictated that my loan should be debited on the 24th every month. I get paid only on the 25th, every month my account is reflected as insufficient funds.
I went in store to the East rand I took my bank statements as proof of my account debited early. The manager said she will manually ensure this does not happen since they cannot change the contact date.
My June 2013 debit was again debited early. The promise the manager made was not fulfilled.

MY CREDITRATING IS POORLY REFLECTED BECAUSE OF CAPITEC.
There is no one that can assist to resolve this problem.
