After raising my concern regarding the recent 15% in my insurance premium, about 2 weeks ago, Dial Direct/Nevasen contacted me to confirm that my premium is being adjusted, to lower than what my previous premium was, but for the same amount of cover. This is fantastic response time and service from them.
