Wrong Debit Date

Capitec Capitec Capitec :( this is all so frustrating and depressing really i have a personal loan with capitec but they busy insisting on debiting on the 24 th even thou my payslip says i get paid on the 25th, been to the branches and called the call centre numerous times with no luck:( ...please don't even tell me about the bank statements because i know my money and its reflections, so the same as all my debits im asking capitec to debit the money on the 26th because that's when my money reflect. Now they went into my Standard bank account on the 24th and found no funds and went and debited my saving in Capitec account i was left stranded in JHB could not go back home and again the following day they go and debit the full amount we agreed on from my standard bank account so i went to the branch and was told this is the only way and im going to have to always come to the branch for them to reverse the money after capitec messed up every month and there is nothing they can do about it. Please change this ASAP, i need my account to be debited on the 26th of every months just like the rest of my debit please
