Hi there, I am being harassed by vericred staff to make payment for an account I do not know about. This harassment started on 05 February 2012 with Philemon Mokhgeti. I requested a statement. He furnished me with some else's account. I have since made several attempts via email and phone to get the right statement but with no success. I am constantly getting calls and Letters of demand and each time, it is with a different person and each time they promise to provide me with a statement but never do. Nevertheless, they are constantly adding interest to this account and are threatening to blacklist me. The staff at the call centre have been very unhelpful and they refuse to give you an email address to contact them.
