I have tried since Nov 2012 to get my statement for the assumed account that is outstanding with their company.
I have paid my account off in Jan 2012 and still they do not have anyone in their office that can send me a statement or give me feedback why my account has been handed over. I have requested this more than 5 times however I do not think anyone in the office knows how to send a e-mail. I spoke to a Foschini consultant and was told that this was suppose to be taken off my name. It is even reflecting in Vericreds' account. I was told by Lauren from Vericred that this account has interest since they have made no effort in getting in contact with me. Was told that I am getting charged for calling them! What a joke. Now I have a bad credit record because none of their employers obviously knows how to do their job.
This is unlawful and very unprofessional.
