I am so disgusted with Vericred and their harassing / threatening / disturbing phone calls. Every time I went to a doctor / hospital, I settled the bills in cash as my medical aid don't cover for out patient expenses and never been admitted to hospital either. Vericred is harassing me from last 3 yrs with their phone calls / SMSes / letters without having details about the money they demanding for. Every time they called, I requested them to email me the account details, which was never provided. I checked all my accounts with my medical aid and the morningside emergency hospital and as per them I don't owe anything to them. This is nonsense and daylight. They never sent me the account details despite of asking about it several times.
Address on which they claiming that they sent notices, was changed 3 yrs ago and despite of asking for the details of accounts, was never sent by them. How can be their call center employees so dumbo that after commiting everytime to send me the account details over phone, was never sent still, rather than sending me SMS's demanding money for charges incurred for letters / SMS.
