On the 4th February i logged a call to reverse interest.
Bayside branh says i needed to call customer assist, customer assist says i need to ask the branch. I requested a copy of contract, 2 weeks later, the incorrect contract was sent. I then requested the correct one, which they cannot find as it was lost. Beside this, since the 4 February, untill today, it is still not sorted even after an email from the credit department was sent to the branch to rectify. which i have a copy of. They then said it would take 10 days. Today is the tenth day, and again Standatd Bank does not contact me, but me contacting them for feedback.
All i want is the interest reversed, but im thinking about claiming the petrol i drove out to collect the incorrect contract, the telephone calls i made for feedback over this last 2 months and the inconvienience.
RIDICULOUS SERVCE!!!
i waited for 10 min for someone to answer their customer care line and i refused to wait any longer. im disgusted of how they treat their clients.
