Confusion about paid accounts

In 2011 blood tests where done on myself and my husband, at first the medical aid didn't pay the outstanding accounts, but made the payment for the outstanding accounts to Ampath in October 2011.

Now I keep getting emails and sms's from Vericred stating that there is an Ampath account outstanding, I spoke to Dudu at Vericred and emailed the correspondence between myself and Primecure which confirmed payments where done to her. After an heated argument I refused to speak to her again and requested that her supervisor (Kate Ngwasheng) phone me, needless to say I never received a phone call, only an email with a statement for the outstanding balance due to Ampath.

I received confirmation from Justine Fourie at Ampath confirming that there is NO outstanding accounts for myself or my husband, which I forwarded to Kate requesting that they contact Ampath and clear the confusion, only to receive and email from her with a statement of the "outstanding" account and an sms about 5 minutes ago from Dudu requesting payment on the "outstanding" account.

I want someone to contact Ampath and find out what the is going on, since there is no outstanding accounts!!!
