TYGERBERG ACCOUNT NOT MINE

I started getting sms's from Vericred collections early last year for a Hospital account that was not paid. I called vericred and confirmed that this was not my account, as I have never been in any hospital in Cape Town, I live in Pretoria. I called Tygerberg Hospital and spoke to the account dept there, who said the person has the same date of birth as mine and the same surname. On 21 Feb 2012 my husband sent an email to the hospital as well as Vericred with all the information he received from the Tygerberg asking them to update their records, Tygerberg came back and said this would be done and apologised for the inconvenience, Vericred was copied in this email. 11 April 2012 I received yet another sms demanding payment, I sent an email with no response. 31 October 2013 I received another sms demanding payment for now Three accounts the latest being May 2013. This is ridiculous it has a negative impact on my credit portfolio for almost two years now, I should be compensated and they need to fix their mistake. As Tygerberg does not respond on Hello Peter Im hoping Vericred will. I want this off my name.. how much longer will this continue???
