Every now and again Vericred calls me to collect on a Practice Relief account that was paid up on the 7/8/2012.
Till this day they insist on phoning me and charging me for phone calls for an account that was paid up and closed. So now I'm told that it is interest on the account. If that's the case can I get a full breakdown of costs. To date I have only received sms advising of outstanding balance. I cannot make payment based on an sms.
