Complaint for the unprofessional and poor service received by your company representatives.
Firstly, I requested a statement for my outstanding balance for Tshwane University of Technology to be sent to my personal email address. I cannot grasp the fact that I am paying a service fee of R19.38 for the statement and it is not even sent in a PDF format.
Secondly, I requested the representative to enclose the payment options with my statement, this was not sent to me. When the representative phoned me again and I requested the payment options for the second time it was said that "we don't do it like that, you confirm over the phone".
all this and my "admin fee" for Vericred just keeps on piling up!
I will not "confirm" any payments over a phone. I will only make payments when I can see on black and white exactly what I'm signing for.
POOR SERVICES!!!
