FNB (How can mess up your day)

I am charged for services for transactions that were never successful on my on line banking and I find this very unfair and unjust. FNB has given me so many problems when it comes to doing big transactions (some say its daily limit, accounts transferred to don't exist, some go to an extent of saying they do not know what the issue is) and this is really becoming frustrating - I have wasted my airtime calling the call centre several times and no one can explain the reasons for this mess and now I am sitting with invalid service fees at a total amount of more or less R1106.54. I refuse to pay these service fees, demand them to be returned if no one can explain them and am really considering moving my accounts due to the lack of good service and concern for clients such as myself.

I have lost all faith and hope in FNB and have lost so much money due to incompetence and neglegence on your side, can someone sort this out ASAP.
