FNB doubling transactions and messy online banking

I got an sms from FNB to say that they are aware of debit transactions being charged more than once, and are fixing the problem. Well, soon I saw they had put some money back into my account, but before I knew it I was being charged with the same transactions being taken off my account AGAIN. Now I have lost complete track of what has been charged wrongly and what not, as the other issue is that my total balance and balance available are NEVER the same, with my total balance often staying about R1000 more than my available balance. This persisted for over a month (and has not stopped), so I called the helpline where the lady said it is because the shops' transactions are slow, so the transactions don't show on my account for a while. This means that every day my balance gets less and less with transactions suddenly being taken off my account that I don't know about, possibly having happened over a month ago that I can't remember, and nothing balances out. I then sent FNB a message explaining this again, and that the call line was useless so I'd like to speak to an informed consultant over email, but still no answer. FNB is usually SO good, I honestly don't know what's going on!
