FNB has not resolved a matte

I detected a loan of R85 000 was paid into my account and an overdraft of R29600, on the 15th of March. The minute I saw this, I went to the Polokwane branch of First National Bank and alerted them of the transactions, as they were. I had not applied for these services. They told me they had stopped the accounts and no-one can get access of the money until until they have traced everything. This was a week ago, 16th of March. Yesterday, Monday the 25th March, the money was withdrawn from my account, as well as all my savings. (Money from my Money Market account). I cant believe this happened because the accounts were supposed to be blocked.

My suspicions are that this was done internally, because now my phone does not receive notifications. i went in yesterday to follow-up and was told nothing was done on the matter. My savings were meant to pay for my children's school fees, and now I have nothing! Right now I am not even sure of the extent of the matter as I cannot see what other transactions are taking place on my account. Someone needs to do something immediately!!! I cannot believe the terrible service I have received, and the lack of care and urgency from FNB!!
