FNB CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING

I have a silver cheque card with FNB and according to my knowledge there is a standard monthly fee for the transactions i do for the month. apparently i have been charged R97 (monthly fee) which i understand and was charged R45.10 for cash deposit fee (which i don't understand) and was ALSO CHARGED R48.00 service fee which is ridiculous. please explain what is all this nonsense im being charged for. if im still charged for all the transactions why am i being charged the monthly fee? what you are advertising is contradicting with the service you are giving "if you are not banking with FNB you are throwing your money away" that's your new slogan right? you should change it to "if you ARE banking with FNB you are throwing your money away".

i need feedback ASAP.i have been calling your call centre but no assistance at all hence i decided to log a complaint.

important question: if im being charged for all these things what is the NEED for the monthly fee???
