I'm insured through Budget Insurance. I phoned them to get my windscreen repaired. They sent my claim through to windscreen direct. I was hounded by them to pay the R750 which was the excess into their account. I didn't have time to listen to the terms and conditions so they emailed it through to me which I didn't get around to signing and returning to them. I paid the amount into their account. The day they were supposed to replace my windscreen, my car was which was 25 January 2013. I informed them of situation and asked them for a refund. The guy who phoned me said his logged all the info and Id be getting a call back for my account details. A few weeks had passed when I tried to call them back, I spoke to yet another man. He too said I'd get my refund. A week later I spoke to Laylah and I took her email address down to which I sent a stinky email regarding their service. Laylah replied asking me for my banking details and that I'd get my R750 back. I have sent her numerous emails to which she is now just ignoring me and not even replying. I can't afford to sit on the phone all day and speak to people that don't want to do what's right. It's now March and still no refund.
