No debit order change

I closed my absa account before November last year. The same day I changed my credit card to debit order on my new account. The next month I get a call telling me I did not pay my account. I went into the bank again and after more than 2 hours they promised me the debit order is change and even gave me proof.

I go on holiday and come back in January to get a sms telling me I did not pay my account. Wash rinse repeat the whole deal. So now I pay my account manually because they cant even get a simple debit order right!!

Now I see on my statement they don't even show my Manual payments. I cant speak to Absa, I have to go to their card department which never has a agent available, after 2 hours i gave up. Tried next day still the same!!

I am truly disgusted in their service
