Debit Order with wrong amount

I get the calls from Absa card division tell me that i am overdue, every month. I have a debit order with them since the beginning. Then i find out that the debit order is for 21th of the month. Someone changed this without my permission. Then on 26th of this month the debit order went trough my cheque account with the full outstanding amount on the card. R24 334.93. Then i went to the bank and they could not reverse the amount. The agent could take R20 000 from my credit card and put to the cheque account, because this was the daily limit. Yesterday i went to a branch and ask for the rest R4334.93 to be transfer to my cheque account and they say they cannot transfer this money. This is my money. I only get a salary and cannot afford this. I even dealt this action line without success. I want this debit order to be cancelled. And i want all my money back in my cheque card, today. I cannot trust absa card any more. People at the branches does not have access and we call card divison and they do not want to help.
