Where do I start??
Went in to The Glen branch a month ago 10/01/2013. Closed my absa cheque account and asked the gentleman to please switch my two debit orders on the absa cheque account to my FNB account.
Debit order no 1: Personal Loan
Debit order no 2: Credit card payment
(Debit orders that I had to switch myself)
He switched them and assured me that it will go off of my FNB account. I asked him THREE times to confirm that he is sure that it is 100% - Every time he assured me it is.
Come the 26th January the personal loan goes off, the credit card payment does not.
I have emailed your credit card department and have received the same calibre of service, they cannot even understand a simple explanation of what needs to be rectified.
I cannot spend hours on the telephone, I cannot go into a branch. I am too busy.
This is not my problem, it is yours.
Want to know why I switched to FNB??
