Still waiting for my responce

Reff to my previous under BHAM. Regent insurance, I gave the complete documents. They again send it to wesbank. Still my insurance is not sorted. And they send out the collector to repo the vehicle. After the collector treatened me to get me lock up. I gave the vehicle back because I only got work now and they in the process of taking me permanent and I can not afford to be locked up. And I my baby is 2 years old. I need to provide. I am unhappy. And like I said is that I got everything in black and white on paper. And wesbank and regent did not comply with the rulles of the national credit act. They deducted the money from my banking account without identifiing themselfs. I think people must no of the BAD SERVICE. Regent spoke of interest that wesbank will pay on my account. And according to me on my retrenchment I was up to date with my account. And my account was older that 2 years. The interest I paid already. Insurance and. U not surpose to deduct from any account without identifieing yourself.
