I was involved in a motorcycle accident, my motorcycle was a write off, insurance paid Wesbank, although my insurance company did say I will be contacted by Wesbank to settle the shortfall on the account. Wesbank NEVER contacted me, I in return sent emails to the correct department & person responsible. I am just being ignored, an automated email in return to say I will be contacted in 3 working days, but never happens. Wesbank also stopped my debit order, so I presume when someone one day gets back to me they will charge additional interest. This puts a bad taste in my mouth, this is my 8th Wesbank account in a matter of 6 years, never did I fail to do any payment, but in return I get NO service. question is: Will I finance with Wesbank again?
