My vehicle was November 2012. The insurance company took 2 months to settle the account. I paid the vehicle at wesbank up until they settled the account. I had a short fall insurance on the vehicle that was activated on behalf of me by Wesbank. It seem the short fall did not settle the account where it was suppose to. The service plan was cancelled and refunded onto the account. As far as my knowledge the warranty has not yet been refunded. I am paying interest on the outstanding amount on the account and up to date no one from Wesbank has contacted me since. I have tried contacting them more then 5 times and every time the call centre gives me a different person and number I need to phone, which I do but there is NEVER anyone answering and I leave voice messages but still no feedback and in the meantime I ma paying a huge interest amount. I have spend hours trying to get hold of anyone to assist me and to rectify the problem and tell me why I am paying interest on the outstanding amount and why the account is not settled. I am fed up of spending time and money so that they can assist me. This is very bad service from Wesbank and I was up to now a very happy client.
