After my email send July 2012 and after receiving responds of received email from me, which contained full explanation of retrenchment situation. I requested for a breathing period until further notice. Wesbank still deducted (or tried) to deduct debit amount from my bank account. Which ended up costing me R800 banking fees while finding myself in a non financial situation. Ignoring the law and the acts. Now six months later (first word from Wesbank) a lawyer phones me telling me that they do not have my contact details (phoning me on the number I've been using for 11 years). Immediate payment must be made plus R1475 interest otherwise my car will be taken from me.
I believe this is utter nonsense for anyone to be treated in such a manner in January. I tried to register on Wesbank's website to get my statements (which was never before send to me). The website said a consultant will contact me. Which ended up in being a lawyer. A previous time after arrangements Wesbank charged me over R8000 for back payments, and this was reduced to R3000 interest after I've spoken to management.
I want Wesbank to pay back my interest and apologise!!!
