Vehicle not deregistered after being written off

I had a vehicle financed by Wesbank and unfortunately the vehicle was written off last year and insurance paid out and all that remains now is for me to settle the shortfall, I then got myself another vehicle and when I went to do registrations and change of ownership I couldn't complete the process as the traffic dept says that the vehicle is still showing under my name and Wesbank has not deregistered the vehicle. I cannot even use my new vehicle and it is essential for my employment..I called Wesbank and they advised that they have not received a letter from my insurance but strangely enough I once received an SMS from wesbank and it was as follow: Wesbank account 85147648070, Insurers name VIRGIN MONEY, claim number 250025063. Request for Natis document has been received" showing that the insurance has processed everything..I even called my insurance to verify and they confirmed that the document was sent to Wesbank twice... can someone please get this cleared ASAP as I need to renew the license for the new vehicle, this is putting a strain on my employment and might result in me losing my employment, please treat this as a matter of urgency
