Deduction on my account after i've cancelled

I've cancelled my account with Regent in June and sent a letter to cancel and called afterwards to confirm the recieving of my cancelation and they replied that they did recieved and your account has been cancelled. On the 15 july 2013 yesterday I got a notice that money went thru my account paying for Regent after i've cancelled. Am very disappointed with Regent hence they had to send my cancelation to wesbank to inform them of my cancelation.
