Fraudenlent billing - incorretc debits!

I have an HP account with WESBANK - i have had this for 3 months short of the total term, and in 2011/2012 WESBANK decided to start billing me for insurance on the vehicle and interest on my up to date account! Wesbank never at any stage contact me to query my existing insurance policy, nor did Wesbank quote me on insurance, nor did wesbank give me an opportunity to prove to them that the vehicle was in fact insured. I reversed the incorrect/unauthorised debit, and now Wesbank have black listed me illegally --- NEVER USE WESBANK FOR FINANCE, THEY ARE AND HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT ON THEIR OWN TERMS, AND CHARGE YOU ILLEGALLY AND INCORRECTLY! THEY WILL NEVER COMMUNICATE TO YOU, NOR WILL THEY EVER CONFIRM INSURANCE, THEY SIMPLY BILL YOU AS THEY PLEASE - THIS MATTER SCREAMS CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT! --- NEVER USE WESBANK FOR FIANCE -- USE STANDARD BANK THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM AS VALUED CLIENTS
