I call the Premier Banking Line this morning to Enquire the whereabouts of the Tablet Phone I ordered. I received an SMS on Friday stating that the courier would contact me but as yet I have not received any call.
The premier banker transferred me and told me to choose option 5 and I have spent the last 30 minutes (at my cost) waiting patiently and listening to a repeated message of "We are currently experiencing high call volumes... blah blah blah)
WHats the point of having a premier banker if they cannot assist you or a call centre that takes 30 min plus to answer calls - needless to say I have now put down the phone...
