What a dismal failure in inefficient service!!! I suggest you cancel your Premier service as it serves no purpose. My wife's cheque card is declined, I call the Premier banker and leave a message for her to call me back. My wife is out shopping and cant use her card.
I call again twice and the number just rings (please note, this is no reflection on the consultant herself - just that there is nothing Premier about FNB's so called Premier service). I then call the general number for Premier banking and asked to enter my ID number... successful, then my last 8 digits of FNB card number and says it doesn't exist on my profile and the IVR ends the call on me.
Well done FNB, you have truly defined what Premier Banking is all about!
