No one answering my questions

First I wanted to get a phone though their phone deal, I tried and it said I already have one, which I dont.

I then sent a message to the premier banking (Apparently 1 business day reply) on the 10th July and nothing. I found another link to order a phone, went through the questions and at the end it says congratulations you have a new cheque account, what?

So I send another message early July 11th, no answer. I then login and see I have a new account added on my internet banking so I try another message, nothing.

then at 11:30pm I get a response to one of my complaints "Thank you for your email. Kindly note that there is no device account added to your profile."
Is that an acceptable answer? This shows me that the person has not read my complaint properly and doesnt care in trying to resolve it.

Now I get an sms saying my new cards are on the way??? So I send another message on the 12th, morning. No response so far. I wish I could get someone who knows what they are doing.

I am a Platinum cheque customer with an advertised premier banker to help me with all my needs. This is the service I get with this Premier banker.
