Where an who is my Premier Banker?

I tried to email my "New" Premier banker and the email address is wrong on the system.
I had to call in and find someone to assist. My previous Bankers let their clients know who they are and gave us their details, my "new one" prefers to be anonymous to us.

I spoke to a gent by the name of Bheki Moteane, he attended to my needs and called me back as promised. He restored faith, unlike my so called premier banker
