No feedback/response from Legalwise

My dad opened a case with Legalwise almost 6 weeks ago, to assist him with the dividends money that he was supposed to receive from his previous company, as he still has shares with that company, but was not deposited as promised. He was instead told that he sold his shares, of which he didn't. He supplied Legalwise with all the necessary documents that they requested & he was told that the matter has been escalated to the attorneys, & he will be updated accordingly with the progress of the case. Until today, he doesn't know who is dealing with that case, & no further updates from Legalwise still. When he contacts them, he's been told that they will update him as soon as the attorney gets back to them. Up until today, there's no update & money is still on deposited. My dad is on early retirement, & highly depends on that money since he has no other sort of income. I, personally, contacted the branch today & was told by the receptionist (Phindi) that the Complaint manager (Mervin) will contact me immediately when he comes back from another meeting. Complaint manager didn't come back to me as promised. My dad is paying Legalwise on a monthly basis, & hasn't missed any payment to them
