No response - even after a bad survey

Tried to contact my Premier Banker, Abbey Maila, on 2013/05/03. I first tried calling via the iPhone app. No luck, as it gets forwarded to voice mail (I did leave a message). I tried calling via normal phone. Still no luck. I then sent a contact me message and received a reference (FNB App - 1-719586430) stating that the person "will respond within one business day". Still waiting. A few days later, I received a survey to complete as my banker had contacted me! Right. I completed the survey as negative, yet no one from FNB has bothered to contact me. This is shocking!!! Although it is not urgent that I contact my Premier Banker, I expect some form of response. And to think I changed banks for the same old bad service.
